<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the model of Islamic educational leadership implemented by the madrasah principal at MAN 2 Palu and to analyze the principal's leadership strategies in improving the quality of the educational unit. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study type and a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, document study, and focus group discussions, then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source triangulation. The results show that the principal implements an integrative-transformational Islamic educational leadership model that combines the principles of amanah (trustworthiness), as-syura (deliberation), al-'adl (justice), and uswah hasanah (exemplary conduct). The leadership strategies applied include strengthening teacher competence, improving the quality of learning, reinforcing a religious culture, participatory management, and continuous evaluation, all of which have made a tangible contribution to improving the quality of the educational unit amid the madrasah's limited resources. These findings confirm that Islamic educational leadership that is fair, participatory, and spiritually grounded holds strategic relevance in supporting the achievement of inclusive and sustainable quality education.]]>
