<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the optimization of administrative staff performance in improving the quality of student administrative services at the junior secondary school level. The issue is important because student administration is directly related to data management, correspondence, archiving, information services, and students' daily administrative needs. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, head of administration, administrative staff, and students. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that administrative staff performance was reflected in work quality, service timeliness, responsibility, and cooperation. Student administrative services included student data management, document archiving, correspondence services, data correction, certificates, and information provision. Performance improvement was supported by task division, coordination, principal support, work discipline, technology use, and evaluation. However, several obstacles were found, including a limited number of administrative staff, high service volume at certain times, incomplete student requirements, and the need for stronger digital administration. The study concludes that administrative staff performance can improve service quality when supported by clear procedures, adequate facilities, continuous supervision, and staff competence development.]]>
