Abstract

Keberhasilan belajar-mengajar tergantung pada proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh pendidik yang mampu mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan, dan menjadikan proses pembelajaran peserta didik menjadi senang oleh bentuk pembelajaran yang disajikan oleh pendidik atau guru. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru dituntut memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, dengan kompetensi ini dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran yang variatif dan menyenangkan, sehingga peserta didik tidak jenuh ketika mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan mutu pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) di MTs Negeri Pemalang, serta pengaruh dari kompetensi tersebut terhadap mutu pembelajaran PAI. Peneliltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode angket, yang ditujukan kepada seluruh guru PAI di MTs Negeri Pemalang, sejumlah 14 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis uji regresi linear yang mengungkap pola hubungan atau pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran PAI di MTs Negeri Pemalang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji regresi yang telah dilakukan, kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap mutu pembelajaran PAI di MTs Negeri Pemalang.

Abstract

Abstract : Teenagers are very vulnerable to news related to LGBT issues, because teenagers are a period of puberty, with very little knowledge, teenagers will easily deviate. LGBT cases in Indonesia are still very common, including in the Karawang district. Therefore, the role of parents is very important to prevent LGBT behavior. This study aims to describe the role of parents in preventing LGBT behavior among adolescents in Sirnabaya village, Telukjambe Timur sub-district, Karawang district. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by using data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that; The role of parents in preventing LGBT behavior among adolescents, namely; (1) Play a role in providing religious education (2) Play a role in providing sex education. This research is recommended to further researchers, so that they can conduct further research with a focus on one of the activities to prevent LGBT behavior. Keywords: Role of Parents, LGBT, Islamic Youth Abstrak: Remaja sangat rentan dengan pemberitaan yang menyangkut masalah LGBT, karena remaja merupakan masa pubertas, dengan pengetahuan yang sangat kurang remaja akan mudah melakukan penyimpangan. Kasus LGBT di Indonesia masih sangat marak ditemukan, termasuk di kabupaten Karawang. Oleh karena itu, peran orang tua sangat penting untuk mencegah perilaku LGBT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam mencegah perilaku LGBT di kalangan remaja desa Sirnabaya kecamatan Telukjambe Timur kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; Peran orang tua dalam mencegah perilaku LGBT di Kalangan Remaja yaitu; (1) Berperan memberikan penidikan agama (2) Berperan dalam memberikan pendidikan seks. Penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya, agar dapat melakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan fokus pada salah satu kegiatan untuk mencegah perilaku LGBT. Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan fenomena penerapan linguistik Arab dalam memahami bahasa Al-Qur’an pada guru Bahasa Arab Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Purwakarta. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari beberapa sampel guru Bahasa Arab dari 12 Madrasah Aliyah yang ada di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penerapan linguistik Arab yang meliputi aspek-aspek internal bahasa dari mulai fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik yang tampak pada guru Bahasa Arab Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Purwakarta menunjukkan 76 % sudah sesuai dengan kaidah linguistik. Nilai yang cukup besar dan didominasi aspek fonologi sebesar 22%, disusul dengan aspek sintaksis 18,3%, aspek morfologi yang 18,3%, dan aspek semantik yang 17%. Secara guru bahasa Arab Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Purwakarta dalam hal penerapan linguistik Arab untuk memahami bahasa Al-Qur’an sangat bagus, hal ini disebabkan karena kualitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai dan lingkungan yang mendukung karena dikelililngi oleh pesantren-pesantren yang hebat dan berkualitas. Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan fenomena interferensi Bahasa Arab pada nama-nama pesantren yang tersebar di Bandung Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Data-data ini diperoleh dengan cara mengambil dari daerah-daerah refresentatif untuk mewakili daerah sekitar kota Bandung. Data-data tersebut dikumpulkan, diklasifikasi, dianalisis, kemudian disimpulkan berdasarkan kajian kebahasaan yaitu interferensi Bahasa Arab aspek morfologi dan sintaksis dalam ruang lingkup sosiolinguistik. Bahasa Arab bagi penduduk Indonesia sudah sangat melekat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, bahkan sudah melekat dengan sosial budaya kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini terlihat dalam nama-nama orang di Indonesia sangat banyak yang diambil dari Bahasa Arab. Selain itu nama-nama lembaga baik formal maupun non formal banyak yang menggunakan Bahasa Arab. Nama-nama pesantren di Indonesia contohnya hampir sebagian besar menggunakan Bahasa Arab, baik secara langsung ataupun dengan dilatinkan dan transliterasi. Ditemukan bahwasannya interferensi Bahasa Arab pada nama-nama pesantren yang tersebar di Bandung Raya terdapat 7 data (25%) menggunakan struktur badal, 17 data (61%) menggunakan struktur idhofat, 1 data (3%) menggunakan struktur sifat, dan 3 data (11%) strukturnya tidak berterima secara kaidah Bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara pada mata pelajaran Muthola’ah melalui media visual. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 18 santri kelas VIII SMPIT Kharisma Darussalam. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media visual dalam pembelajaran muthola’ah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam berbicara yaitu mampu mengungkapkan intisari dari materi yang telah disampaikan dengan pemahaman, intonasi nada dan kelancaran yang baik. Hasil peningkatan diukur melalui mengadakan pretest dan postest. Pada kegiatan pretest rata-rata pencapaian nilai santri yaitu 77 sedangkan pada kegiatan postest rata-rata nilai yang dicapai santri adalah 87. Dari perbandingan hasil pretest dan postest rata-rata nilai santri meningkat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media visual yang digunakan pada pembelajaran muthola'ah SMPIT Kharisma Darussalam dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara santri.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of online learning in Madrasah diniyah takmiliyah, especially at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Miftahussa'adah III. And to describe the problems during online learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Miftahussa'adah III. This study uses a qualitative method. The type of qualitative research that is appropriate to this research is a case study. The data collection technique of this research is by observation, interview, and document study. Due to the impossibility of the situation, data collection was carried out online. However, this does not reduce the validity of the data obtained and the researcher tries to make the data obtained as detailed as possible. Based on the results of observations during the learning process and interviews with the madrasah, principals and teachers, it can be concluded as follows. (1) It can be seen that the implementation of online learning at Madrasah Miftahussa'adah III has been carried out quite well. The school and parents work well together in this online learning process. This is the key to successful online learning during this pandemic. (2) Constraints and problems in the learning process are divided into two parts, namely students and teachers. However, from each obstacle, a solution has been found along with getting used to doing online learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and describe library management innovations at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang with a focus on innovation research studies in: planning the procurement of library collections, classifying library collections, library services and evaluating and monitoring libraries. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were the head of the library, library managers, teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that there were innovations in planning, classifying, serving, evaluating and monitoring.

Abstract

The youth association of the mosque is a forum or place for organizations to study Islam, cultivate religious morals, through habits such as recitation, da'wah and reading the Koran as an effort to guide religious understanding for generations of the nation who are often referred to as teenagers. Therefore, the group is often called the mosque youth association. One of them is in the Nurul Hikmah mosque in Purwadana village. The purpose of doing this research is none other than to find out how influential the current chairman's leadership is in terms of improving the performance of its members. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research in which the author conducts direct observations and interviews with the resource person, namely the chairman of IRMANUH at his residence. The results obtained indicate that it is true that during this pandemic the spirit and performance of each member decreased due to restrictions on direct and crowding activities and were not accustomed to online activities, so it could be interpreted that the management experienced a lack of understanding of online activities. The role of a leader in an organization is so great in improving the performance of its members, because after all now is a difficult time for any organization because the covid pandemic always mutates into several variants that contain activities directly and involve many calls to be limited by the government.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the government to make policies for student learning activities directed at online learning or online at home, but still with the supervision and control of teachers/counselors and parents through online learning. Guidance and counseling are efforts made to help optimize individuals. The individuals who are assisted are people of various ages, both men and women, individuals and groups and individuals in this case are individuals who are developing. In an educational institution, guidance and counseling is a very important component to promote the quality of schools. The method used is a qualitative method where this qualitative research method is considered the most appropriate because it can provide an overview of the reality regarding the management of guidance and counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in data collection is using the interview method through the zoom application.

Abstract

The curriculum is a collection; content, goals, and methods used by teachers to achieve educational goals in schools. This study aims to determine the performance of teachers and the obstacles faced by Darussalam Islamic Elementary School teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum. To achieve this goal, this study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that: (1) The ability of teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating the 2013 Curriculum is good but not optimal in planning, learning processes and assessments, especially time management which learning is less effective and the use of the 2013 curriculum assessment is not yet authentic. (2) The motivation of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum is already high, seen from the implementation of tasks, moral responsibility in teaching, and the need for cooperation. (3) The commitment and responsibility of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum also looks good by showing high personality, dedication, and loyalty to teaching assignments. (4) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum include: (a) the coordination carried out by the principal for the realization of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum is on target (b) good communication between various parts in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum has been carried out (c) but the supervision of the principal and assistant teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Elementary School teachers has not been optimal in the learning and assessment process
