This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and self-efficacy, both partially and simultaneously, on students' learning outcomes in the Office Technology subject for Grade XI Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) students at SMK Negeri 1 Medan. This study employed a quantitative approach using an ex post facto research design. The population consisted of all 65 Grade XI MPLB students, and the entire population was used as the research sample (random sampling). Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires to measure digital literacy and self-efficacy, while students' learning outcomes were obtained from academic documentation. Prior to data analysis, prerequisite tests were conducted. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, with hypotheses tested through the t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). The results revealed that digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (t = 5.791; p = 0.000), and self-efficacy also had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (t = 8.044; p = 0.000). Simultaneously, digital literacy and self-efficacy significantly influenced students' learning outcomes (F = 56.923; p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.660) indicates that 66.0% of the variance in students' learning outcomes is explained by digital literacy and self-efficacy, while the remaining 34.0% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The findings indicate that higher levels of digital literacy and self-efficacy contribute to improved learning outcomes in the Office Technology subject.
