This quantitative correlational study aimed to determine the relationship between classroom management based on a humanistic approach and learning outcomes of fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 104205 Tembung in the 2025/2026 academic year. The study was conducted to address the importance of creating a supportive and student-centered classroom environment to improve students’ learning outcomes. The sample consisted of 30 students selected from a population of 67 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire on classroom management based on a humanistic approach and documentation of students’ learning outcomes. The research instrument demonstrated very high reliability, with a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.931. The data were normally distributed and showed a linear relationship. The Pearson Product-Moment correlation test produced a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.436 with a significance value of 0.016 (p < 0.05), indicating that the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between classroom management based on a humanistic approach and learning outcomes of fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 104205 Tembung in the 2025/2026 academic year.
