Abstract

Abstract

Kehidupan sehari-hari kini sangat dipengaruhi oleh media sosial, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi banyak aspek budaya, ekonomi, dan tatanan sosial masyarakat global. Analisis mendalam tentang penggunaan media sosial adalah tujuan dari studi literatur ini. Bagaimana media sosial telah mengubah komunikasi masyarakat, berbagi informasi, dan interaksi dalam berbagai situasi adalah subjek penelitian ini. Analisis ini juga menekankan pentingnya media sosial untuk mempengaruhi opini publik, memudahkan kerja sama, dan memperkuat upaya promosi dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan saran praktis untuk memanfaatkan potensi media sosial secara efisien dalam beragam konteks dan memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang dinamika media sosial melalui analisis literatur yang menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan tanah wakaf sebagai pemakaman khususnya yang terjadi di Desa Jelegong Kecamatan Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung dalam perspektif fikih. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memahami dan menjelaskan fenomena yang ada secara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, studi kasus, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga tetap Permata Hijau yang telah berkontribusi dalam pembelian tanah wakaf memiliki hak untuk dimakamkan di tanah tersebut, sedangkan non-warga tetap atau warga pengontrak harus membayar pengganti lahan yang digunakan jika ingin dimakamkan di tanah tersebut. Dalam perspektif fikih, ketentuan pemanfaatan tanah wakaf ini tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam, karena pengaturan pemanfaatan tanah wakaf oleh warga tetap sesuai dengan prinsip wakaf, dan pembayaran oleh non-warga tetap bukan merupakan praktik jual-beli yang dilarang, melainkan untuk pemeliharaan dan pengembangan tanah wakaf. This research aims to analyze the utilization of waqf land as a cemetery, particularly in Jelegong Village, Rancaekek Subdistrict, Bandung Regency, from a fiqh perspective. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand and explain the existing phenomenon in depth. Data were collected through interviews, case studies, and documentation. The results of the research show that permanent residents of Permata Hijau who have contributed to the purchase of the waqf land have the right to be buried there, while non-permanent residents or tenants must pay a fee for the land used if they wish to be buried there. From a fiqh perspective, the provisions for utilizing the waqf land do not contradict Islamic law, because the management of the waqf land by permanent residents aligns with the principles of waqf, and the payment by non-permanent residents is not considered a prohibited sale transaction, but rather for the maintenance and development of the waqf land.

Abstract

In a construction contract, there are potential delays in the project, and both parties try to avoid this situation. For the reason, the customary in construction contracts to state a completion date by which the works must be completed. This is usually based on an estimate of how long the project will take or may be determined by the date when the employer wants the project to be completed. To answer the above problems, the method used is normative legal research. The objective of this research was to understand clearly and holistically the complexities of construction contracts. Some contractors request an extension of time to finish the duty because delay, which fails to complete on time, is generally referred to as a critical situation. The worst situation happens if it is not stipulated in a construction contract, and it can eliminate the contractor's obligation to complete the work promised or create a condition called "time at large.” Of course, this is very undesirable for the owner. Especially if the contractor who carries out work is a foreign company, it certainly adds to the complexity of this condition. Therefore, to avoid this, it is essential to ultimately make an extension of time clause in an international construction contract.

Abstract

Librarians are expected to have the will and ability to build engagement with users in digital media. The purpose of this research is to find out the librarian's strategy in building engagement with users in the digital world, especially in encouraging the publication of digital content through services and media owned by public libraries. The research method in this study uses descriptive research using data from books, journals and various websites related to the research topic. The results show that librarians can build engagement with users through digital media so that interactive and productive communication can be established. The involvement of digital library users by engaging in library services will support the digital media ecosystem as a space to work and share knowledge. Meanwhile, increasing digital libraries to expand the social inclusion based library transformation that needs to be developed through the creation of new spaces for millennial users to produce digital content, use social media with e-books, and link literacy products, so as to support empowering knowledge transformation.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman menyeluh kepada Masyarakat yang bermukim disekitar Kawasan hutan mangrove tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan hutan dan pentingnya menjaga keselestarian ekosistem mangrove serta membersihkan Kawasan wisata hutan mangrove Kota Jayapura. Mangrove merupakan salah satu ekosistem penting yang terletak di Kawasan pesisir, mangrove mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting bagi kelautan serta sebagai mata rantai makanan di suatu perairan yang dapat menumpang kehidupan berbagai jenis ikan, udang dan moluska. Pemeliharaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatakn kesadaran Masyarakat bagaimana pentingnya mengrove dalam kesadaran untuk pencegahan terjadinya abrasi, diketahui betapa pentingnya hutan mangrove maka dengan ini kami menyelenggarakan bakti sosial untuk pemeliharaan hutan di Mangrove demi kepentingan bersama.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perkembangan kajian hadis di Indonesia mulai dari pertengahan abad ke-20 hingga masa kini. Meskipun kajian hadis sempat mengalami keterlambatan dibandingkan dengan disiplin ilmu Islam lainnya, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aspek kuantitas dan kualitas sejak awal abad ke-20. Peningkatan ini ditandai dengan kemunculan program studi Ilmu Hadis di perguruan tinggi, munculnya penelitian, serta terbitnya berbagai buku yang mengusung pendekatan inovatif terhadap pemahaman hadis. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi dua pendekatan dalam studi hadis: pendekatan tradisional yang mempertahankan metode klasik, dan pendekatan modern yang memanfaatkan kontekstualisasi dan hermeneutika. Kedua pendekatan ini telah memperkaya khazanah studi hadis di Indonesia, dengan pengaruh yang kuat dari pemikir-pemikir Timur Tengah serta perkembangan keilmuan Islam di dalam negeri. Studi ini memberikan prospek bahwa kajian hadis di Indonesia akan terus berkembang, beradaptasi dengan teknologi dan konteks sosial kontemporer yang membutuhkan pendekatan multidisiplin dalam memahami teks hadis.

Abstract

ndonesia is currently in a state of emergency for adultery. The National Commission on Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, on its official website (2019), informs that the number of commercial sex workers (PSK) in Indonesia reaches around 230,000 people. This condition should be of concern to the government as a regulator. This research aims to analyze and compare the polygamy regulations in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1974 and the Egyptian Family Law Number 100 of 1985 from the perspective of Islamic law and maqashid sharia. This research is library research. The data analysis technique in this research is content analysis and comparison. This research concludes that first, in the polygamy regulations in Indonesia, there are requirements that are very difficult to fulfill by most husbands who want to be polygamous, namely that the court only grants permission to be polygamous if the first wife or wives are in an incurable disability or illness, cannot bear offspring, and must be with the consent of the first wife or wives. Meanwhile, the polygamy regulations in Egypt include requirements that can generally be fulfilled by husbands who want to practice polygamy, namely that they only have to explain their marital status in the marriage certificate, make a statement letter including the names of their wives and their places of residence, and the notary must notify the first wife about the new marriage. Then, polygamy can be carried out officially without permission from the court. Second, the polygamy regulations in Indonesia and Egypt are basically both built on maslahah considerations, but what distinguishes the two is that in the polygamy regulations in Indonesia there are provisions, as mentioned above, are not relevant to Islamic law because the potential harm that will arise is greater than the maslahah that will be achieved. The polygamy regulations in Egypt are all relevant to Islamic law. Third, the polygamy regulations in Indonesia and Egypt are basically both able to facilitate the realization of maqashid sharia, but what distinguishes the two is that in the polygamy regulations in Indonesia there are provisions, as mentioned above, that can hinder the process of realizing two maqashid sharia, namely protecting religion and offspring. The provisions of polygamy in Egypt are all relevant to maqashid sharia, especially in terms of protecting religion and protecting offspring. The theory found in this research is kullu tanzhimin mabniyyin 'ala al-masya'ir wahdaha, fa-inna mafsadatahu takunu a'zham min al-mashlahah al-murad tahqiquha (every regulation that is built on the consideration of feelings alone, then the mafsadah will be greater than the maslahah to be achieved). This theory is strengthened by the finding that 73.01% of polygamy requests in Indonesia were rejected, even though 34.8% of them were approved by the old wives.

Abstract

Mangrove merupakan salah satu ekosisterm terpenting di dunia yang terletak di Kawasan pesisir, mangrove memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting bagi kelautan dan penjaga Pantai dari abrasi serta sebagai mata rantai makanan di suatu perairan, yang dapat menumpang kehidupan berbagai jenis ikan, udang dan moluska. Salah satu daerah yang mempunyai hutang manrove dan cukup rentan dengan terjadinya abrasi adalah Ciberi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman Masyarakat tentang pentingnya mangrove dalam mencegah terjadi abrasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Anggota Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LP2M) sebagai insan akademisi yang bekerja sama dengan TNI (Komando Armada Pangkalan Utama TNI AL X) untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan Penanaman Mangrove. Secara umum, kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancer diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, Masyarakat Pantai Ciberi dapat memahami dan mengambil manfaat besar yang dimiliki oleh mengrove serta mencegah dari abrasi.

Abstract

The family is understood as a primary group consisting of two or more people who have a network of interpersonal interactions, blood relations, marital relations, and adoption. One of the important obligations of a family leader from an Islamic point of view is to fortify his family members by forming an Islamic family to avoid disobedience, especially as the era of disobedience has become more and more rampant. The problems that will be discussed in this study are what is the definition of an Islamic family, what are the steps to form an Islamic family to face the challenges of the times, and what are the goals of forming an Islamic family. The problems above will be answered through the perspective of Syafiq Riza Hasan Basalamah, who is one of the Islamic leaders in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the definition of an Islamic family from the perspective of Syafiq Riza Hasan Basalamah, to know and find steps and goals to form an Islamic family to face the challenges of the times from the perspective of Syafiq Riza Hasan Basalamah. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show that: Syafiq Riza Hasan Basalamah states that the definition of an Islamic family is a family that always serves Allah subhaanahu wata'aala. There are four steps in forming an Islamic family which Syafiq Riza Hasan Basalamah explains in his video. And there are three objectives of forming an Islamic family mentioned by Syafiq Hasan Riza Basalamah in his video.
