This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological factors on the performance of Badas FC Football School (SSB) players. This study applies a quantitative approach with a correlational design and involves 30 active players as the research population. All members of the population were selected as respondents through a non-probability sampling technique with a total sampling method. Data were obtained using a questionnaire that measures psychological factors and player performance. Psychological factors include motivation, anxiety, obsession, mental disorders, and doubt, while player performance is assessed through aspects of mental relaxation, physical relaxation, optimism, focus on the current situation, high energy, high awareness, self-control, and freedom from distractions. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 through descriptive statistics, normality tests, linearity tests, and simple linear regression. The Asymp. Sig. value of 0.611 indicates normally distributed data, while the linearity significance value of 0.223 indicates a linear relationship between variables. The results of the analysis describe a positive relationship, reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.876 indicates an 87.6% contribution of psychological factors to player performance. This finding underscores the importance of motivation, anxiety management, emotional control, concentration, and self-confidence in supporting player performance, thus integrating psychological development into soccer performance development.
