This study was motivated by the importance of implementing inclusive Islamic education management to foster the independence of children with special needs in an inclusive school setting. Children's independence is one of the primary goals of inclusive education, enabling students to perform daily activities independently, develop self-confidence, and interact effectively in social environments. Therefore, educational management that is well-planned, systematic, and responsive to the needs of students with special needs is essential at SLBIT Nur Khoirul Ashab. This study aims to examine the implementation of inclusive Islamic education management in fostering children's independence, to analyze the strategies employed by the school to develop students' independence, and to identify the challenges encountered in implementing inclusive Islamic education at SLBIT Nur Khoirul Ashab. The findings indicate that inclusive Islamic education management at SLBIT Nur Khoirul Ashab is implemented through the fundamental management functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that are tailored to the individual needs of students. The development of children's independence is carried out through the habituation of Islamic worship practices, life skills training, individualized learning activities, and continuous motivation and intensive guidance. Supporting factors include strong collaboration between the school and parents, teachers' professional competence, and a conducive school environment. Meanwhile, the challenges include differences in students' abilities, limited educational facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of consistency in providing guidance and support for children within the family environment.
