ABSTRACT Pancasila Education plays a key role in shaping students' character based on national, moral, and social values, yet its implementation in elementary schools remains memorization-oriented. This study analyzes the instructional design of deep learning-based Pancasila Education, describes its implementation in fostering meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning, and identifies supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation at SDS Himi Full Day Ampel. Results show teachers systematically integrate the three deep learning principles, increasing student engagement, conceptual understanding, and application of Pancasila values in daily life. Supporting factors include teacher competence and school support, while limiting factors include time constraints and varied student ability. This study implies the need to strengthen teacher competence in contextual deep learning design, serving as a reference for other elementary schools developing meaningful, reflective, and enjoyable Pancasila Education.
