<![CDATA[Introduction: rabies is very dangerous First aid for dog bites is very important to reduce the risk of bacterial infection and assess the wound to determine its severity because some cases can be treated first after being bitten at home and in other cases it may require immediate medical care. Community knowledge about the dangers of rabies is also very necessary, because knowledge will influence people's behavior in providing first aid for dog bites Method: This study used a correlational quantitative descriptive research method with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out from June to July 2023 in the working area of the Buleleng III Health Center. A sample of 43 people is taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling.
