<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of work environment, workload, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample size in this study was 73 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression results produced the equation Y = 1.837 + 0.214X1 + 0,529X2 + 0,218X3. The F-test results showed that Fcount (46.491) > Ftable (2.74), indicating that work environment, workload, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. The t-test results show that work environment has a positive effect on employee performance (tcount 2.297 > ttable 1.99444), workload has a positive effect on employee performance (tcount 2.554 > ttable 1.99444), and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance (tcount 3.011 > ttable 1.99444). The R² test result shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.655, meaning that the variables of work environment, workload, and job satisfaction explain 65.5% of employee performance, while the remaining 34.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Work Environment, Workload, Job Satisfaction, Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi pegawai dan efektivitas sistem terhadap kinerja. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y = 3,081 + 0,333X1 + 0,529X2 + 0,218X3. Uji-F menghasilkan nilai Fhitung (30,186) > Ftabel (2,87), artinya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi pegawai dan efektivitas sistem berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji-t, secara parsial pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karena thitung (5,336) > ttabel (2,02619), kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karena thitung (6,905) > ttabel (2,02619), efektivitas sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karena thitung (3,670) > ttabel (2,02619). Hasil uji-R2, nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu 0,692, artinya variabel bebas yang terdiri dari pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi pegawai, dan efektivitas sistem mampu menjelaskan kinerja sebesar 69,2%, sedangkan sisanya 30,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
