This study aims to describe the implementation of guidance and counseling services in elementary schools in Brebes Regency and identify challenges and strengthening strategies. The study used a qualitative approach with field study methods. The research subjects included classroom teachers and principals in several elementary schools in Brebes Regency. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that guidance and counseling services in elementary schools in Brebes Regency are implemented in an integrated manner by classroom teachers, but have not been systematically programmed. The main challenges include limited teacher competency, administrative burden, and minimal policy support. Strengthening strategies are implemented through teacher training, collaboration with parents, and support from the education office.
