Because the t-count is greater than the t-table, so Ho is rejected, thus meaning that there is a significant effect of normal push up training on jump service ability. The results of data testing obtained a t-count value of 5,082 and for the t-table obtained 1,795 and a significance value of 0.000 <α0.05, these results indicate that there is a significant difference. Because the t-count is greater than the t-table, so Ho is rejected, thus it means that there is a significant effect of decline push up training on jump service ability.
