This study examined the contributions of job fatigue, job stress, and emotional intelligence to employee performance at PT Banjarmasin Bangkit. A quantitative design with saturated sampling included all employees (N = 170; men = 165, 97.06%; women = 5, 2.94%). Data were collected using four scales, namely job stress, job fatigue, emotional intelligence, and employee performance. Multiple linear regression was conducted with IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The model test indicated that the predictors jointly contributed significantly to performance (F = 17.903, p < .001, R² = .283). These findings suggest that managing job stress and job fatigue and strengthening emotional intelligence are pertinent to improving employee performance. The results can guide management in designing strategies to foster a healthier and more productive work environment. In addition, this study contributes to the academic literature on psychological factors influencing employee performance and highlights avenues for future research to explore other determinants of work productivity.
