Students’ interest in reading the Qur’an at SMP IT Global varies considerably, indicating the need to examine factors influencing this interest, particularly religious motivation, family support, and peer environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three factors on students’ interest in reading the Qur’an. A quantitative correlational field survey with an ex post facto approach was conducted using purposive sampling involving 70 students, comprising 37 males (52.9%) and 33 females (47.1%). Data were collected through four 10-item Likert-scale questionnaires measuring Religious Motivation (α = 0.876), Family Support (α = 0.805), Peer Environment (α = 0.844), and Interest in Reading the Qur’an (α = 0.897). All items met the validity criteria except X2.6. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed significant positive relationships between Religious Motivation (r = 0.645; p < 0.05), Family Support (r = 0.582; p < 0.05), Peer Environment (r = 0.598; p < 0.05), and students’ interest in reading the Qur’an. The regression model was significant (F = 32.856; p < 0.05), with R² = 0.599, indicating that the three variables jointly explained 59.9% of the variance. Religious Motivation had the strongest effect (β = 0.412; p = 0.000), followed by Peer Environment (β = 0.298; p = 0.002) and Family Support (β = 0.245; p = 0.015). These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening religious motivation, family support, and positive peer environments to increase students’ interest in reading the Qur’an.
