The trend in high school geography textbook research is focused on analyzing textbooks based on content, language, presentation, and design standards. Existing research has found heterogeneity in the assessment results of geography textbooks from the 2013 Curriculum to the Independent Curriculum, necessitating a generalization in one article to examine geography textbooks over the past 10 years. The purpose of this study was to analyze high school geography textbooks for the period 2016-2026. The results indicate that, in general, the quality of geography textbooks has shown a good grade, as indicated by the results of content analysis with a range of 60-90%, good language analysis with a range of 30-80%, presentation analysis with a range of 40-75%, and design analysis with a good category in the range of 35-80%. High school geography textbooks have encouraged the development of 21st-century competencies in students. However, several notes were found that certain sections need improvement, such as spiritual content and content depth. Thus, high school geography textbooks can be used by educators and students in learning.
