<![CDATA[The quality of the learning climate is a strategic determinant of academic success in Islamic boarding schools. This study analyzes the partial and simultaneous contributions of teacher performance and the school's physical environment to students' learning climate. This quantitative study adopts an ex post facto causal design. A selected sample provided the primary data for this study of 269 respondents in grades VII and VIII at SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang using Likert-scale questionnaires. The multiple regression results demonstrate a significant positive effect of teacher performance on the learning climate,meaning that better instructional management directly enhances the classroom atmosphere. Furthermore, the school's physical environment emerged as the most dominant predictor, indicating that structural comfort and facilities have a major, immediate impact on students' psychological readiness to learn. Together, both variables simultaneously contribute to explaining nearly one-fifth of the quality variance of the learning climate. These findings imply that creating an optimal educational ecosystem requires an integrated synergy between upgrading teacher professionalism and continuously maintaining school infrastructure.]]>
