Wedding decoration micro, small, and medium enterprises in Cihideung Village operate within a strong floriculture ecosystem, yet their business growth is often constrained by informal financial administration, limited digital promotion, and inadequate production and packaging facilities. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen the managerial capacity of Wedding Decoration NY (Naomy) through integrated training, facilitation, and mentoring. The program was implemented during the 2025/2026 academic year using a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, activity planning, training in simple cash recording, digital marketing assistance, provision of supporting equipment, and descriptive evaluation. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with the business owner, activity documentation, and comparison of conditions before and after the program. The results indicate that the partner began applying simple cash-in and cash-out records, understood the importance of separating and reviewing business transactions, improved its ability to use social media for promotion, and obtained essential wedding decoration and flower-packaging tools. The intervention did not yet measure long-term sales growth quantitatively, but it established practical routines and resources for more orderly, visible, and competitive business management. Continued mentoring and periodic performance monitoring are recommended.
