Abstract

Footwear business activities in Cibaduyut, Bandung City are supported by various factors, such as entrepreneurial spirit, facilities, marketing, raw material procurement and capital procurement. This research is a qualitative research with data analysis through triangulation. The purpose of this study is mainly to find out the role of Fintech as one of the financial institutions that support in the field of business capital, especially micro-businesses such as Cibaduyut footwear, one of SME in Bandung City. The results of the study show that the Cibaduyut footwear industry is greatly helped by the existence of this Fintech although in the implementation still faces several obstacles, especially those concerning the knowledge and facilities to support these activities.

Abstract

Cibaduyut footwear industry is one of the industries that produce products various kinds of footwear such as sandals, shoes, shoes, shoes or casual shoes, which are the main raw material is leather. In carrying out its business activities the footwear industry. Cibaduyut faces several obstacles, especially those concerning manufacturing or processes financial production and management, especially concerning financial records. Rapi dan perfectly complies with financial management standards, besides other obstacles is that businesses cannot develop shoe based products to the application of Sudanese cultural values ​​that are famous for the concept of Silih Asah, Silih compassion, foster care, this turned out to weaken the competitiveness of footwear products on the scene International. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis, the data collection method used is a method direct observation (observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interview) as well direct interviews with several informants, and using triangulation and snowball sampling. Based on the results of the study showed that the marketing strategy carried out by Cibaduyut footwear perpetrators of the city of Bandung based on Sudanese culture, stating, foster care still experiences several obstacles, especially in the supplier is still in nature traditional so that it cannot yet be competitive globally.

Abstract

Desa Warnasari merupakan salah satu Desa yang berada di Kecamatan Pangalengan Kabupaten Bandung.Penduduk Desa Warnasari pada umumnya, dikenal dalam komoditi sayur mayur dan peternak Sapi Perah, juga memproduksi teh hijau/merah merupakan produksi andalan dari daerah ini bahkan sudah terkenal sejak jaman penjajahan belanda.Berdasarkan analisis kondisi eksisting yang terdapat di Desa Warnasari dapat diidentifikasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi yang berkaitan dengan minat dalam menumbuhkan kewirausahaan yakni, Adanya permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan wirausaha, Adanya permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan motivasi untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha, berkaitan dengan tidak berkembangnya wirausaha, berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan dan pengembangan potensi diri dan potensi Sumber Daya Alam yang dimiliki (hasil bumi/perkebunan, perikanan,  peternakan).Pelaksanaannya, menggunakan Metode Ceramah, dimana dalam metode ini seluruh peserta dikumpulkan dalam satu ruangan, selanjutnya peserta menerima materi, kemudian peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan, motivasi atau menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha serta strategi sukses berwirausaha.Dalam hal motivasi dan strategi sukses berwirausaha, yakni kemampuan untuk berbuat sesuatu, mempunyai semangat, sikap, dan kemampuan dalam menangani usaha dan kegiatan yang mengarah kepada upaya mencari, menciptakan, menerapkan cara kerja, teknologi dan produk baru dengan meningkatkan efesiensi dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik atau keuntungan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Halal products are one part of business development based on business ethics, one of the efforts to maintain the halalness of products, it requires good cooperation between producers, government, and consumers. This is in accordance with what is stated in the teachings of the Islamic religion which encourages every business actor, especially in the food sector to maintain the halalness of the product.The Babakan Rahayu Bread UKM Center is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field, at this time not all of the activities of producing halal bread are guaranteed halal products. For this reason, researchers are interested in conducting research related to the halalness of products related to the application of business ethics in that place.The research method used is descriptive analysis, which is a method to examine, observe, and conduct interviews with informants, namely business actors, cooperative heads, consumers, and the Bandung City MSME Cooperative Office as one of the agencies that guarantees the halalness of products.The results showed that the bread-making activities in the bakery center in Babakan Rahayu, Bandung, turned out that the business actors did not really feel the importance of halal certification but most of them had carried out business activities based on business ethics principles, especially those concerning employee management, business development, and advertising (marketing). product)Suggestions that researchers convey include increasing business awareness in encouraging halal certification, it requires encouragement / motivation from various parties so that all business actors in the place are more aware of halal certification.Keywords: product halalness and business ethics.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a network of companies working to create and deliver a product to the end user. These companies include suppliers, factories, distributors, shops or retail, as well as supporting companies such as logistics services. The company is integrated with an ERP or enterprise resource planning system that combines each department into one database to save time in its use. In this study, researchers implemented supply chain management and this ERP system at XYZ Company Indonesia. A company engaged in the marketing and distributing various goods for consumption, including toiletries, body care, cosmetics, and cooking spices, which of course, gives an advantage if it can implement this supply chain management and ERP system.

Abstract

SMEs in West Bandung Regency have the potential for both natural resources and human resources. However, there are still many potential sub-sectors in the creative economy in West Bandung Regency that are not utilized, this is due to the unknown location and type of business. The purpose of the study is to describe the Profile and Mapping of the Creative Economy of SMEs in West Bandung Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using a type of social mapping method. Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The secondary data used is the Secondary Data Analysis (ADS) approach. Based on the research results, West Bandung Regency has 16 sub-districts with various types of creative economy businesses. Mapping was carried out on 16 creative economy sub-sectors in all sub-districts. Of the total 16 sub-sectors, there are only 14 sub-sectors. Two sub-sectors that are not owned in the West Bandung Regency area are Animation, Film and Video and Advertising Sub-sectors. The largest number of creative economy is the performing arts sub-sector, almost all sub-districts have this sub-sector. The largest performing arts sub-sector is in the Lembang sub-sector with 1369 creative economy business actors or 64% and the least in Gununghalu sub-district as many as 4 creative economy business actors or 1%. The mapping of the creative economy that has been carried out will certainly show that there are business actors in each region that have different sub-sectors, both in the number of business actors and in the number of sub-sectors. So with this the government needs to be able to empowerment the community, especially business actors who have potential to be able to develop. With the efforts made to increase the creativity of business actors, it is hoped that there will be economic growth for both business actors and the development of economic areas in West Bandung Regency
