This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation on employee retention at the Bogor branch of PT Estika Tata Tiara. This research employs a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 92 employees. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data were obtained through Likert-scale questionnaires processed using computer software. The results indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on employee retention, evidenced by a calculated t-value greater than the t-table value (3.322 > 1.6619) and a significance value of 0.000. Furthermore, compensation influences employee retention, evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a calculated t-value greater than the t-table value (5.390 > 1.6619). Simultaneously, the work environment and compensation significantly affect employee retention (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), with the coefficient of determination showing a 71.2% contribution to the employee retention variable (Y). The remaining 28.8% is influenced by factors not included in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that, both partially and simultaneously, the work environment and compensation have a significant effect on employee retention at PT Estika Tata Tiara (Bogor Branch).
