This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and hospital image on patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Islam Aysha, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to patients using a Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Hospital image also has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality and hospital image have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.598, indicating that service quality and hospital image explain 59.8% of the variation in patient satisfaction, while the remaining 40.2% is explained by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that improving service quality and strengthening a positive hospital image are important to enhance patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Islam Aysha.
