Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and hospital image on patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Islam Aysha, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to patients using a Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Hospital image also has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality and hospital image have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.598, indicating that service quality and hospital image explain 59.8% of the variation in patient satisfaction, while the remaining 40.2% is explained by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that improving service quality and strengthening a positive hospital image are important to enhance patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Islam Aysha.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a strategic step for small-scale business units, including student business units, in improving operational efficiency and the quality of administrative governance. This study aims to analyze the application of digital transformation in the Business Stall of Business (SOB) Faculty of Economics and Business, Ibn Khaldun University (FEB UIKA) Bogor through the adoption of cloud computing technology with a case study of the use of Google Drive. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method to test the influence between variables based on the causal relationship formulated in the research model. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to members of the Stall of Business Business Unit who are members of the Economic Creative team, focusing on the data management process and coordination between divisions before and after the implementation of Google Drive. The results of the study show that the migration from manual data management systems to cloud-based systems has a significant positive impact. The implementation of Google Drive is able to improve data accessibility, strengthen document security, and increase the efficiency of real-time team collaboration. In addition, the use of Google Drive has been proven to minimize the risk of data loss and speed up the coordination process between divisions. This study concludes that the use of simple cloud computing technology, such as Google Drive, is an effective solution for campus business units in supporting digital transformation and creating more professional and integrated administrative governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of sleep quality on student academic productivity in the Work From Anywhere (WFA) era. Break time management is a major factor in increasing learning flexibility to determine academic success. The research method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to test measurement and structural models. The results showed a significant positive relationship between sleep quality and academic productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.44. The model evaluation showed a high Composite Reliability value of 0.937 for sleep quality and 0.817 for productivity, as well as the fulfillment of convergent and discriminant validity. These findings indicate that any improvement in the quality of breaks contributes linearly to an increase in academic efficiency. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that in the midst of a flexible learning system, self-regulation in maintaining sleep quality is the main foundation for students to maintain concentration and academic performance. Universities are advised to provide education on sleep management to mitigate the negative impact of digital lifestyles in the WFA era.
