<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the annual increase in case archives, which reaches approximately 2,500 to 3,000 files. The purpose of this research is to examine how archive management facilitates performance in the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) and to identify obstacles in archive management at the Tulungagung Religious Court Class IA. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with three informants, namely the registrar and archive management staff, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research used the Record Continuum Model as the analytical framework. The findings show that archive management supports and improves performance in SIPP at the Tulungagung Religious Court Class IA. The Record Continuum Model consists of four stages. The create stage emphasizes that archives must be complete, categorized according to archive type, and managed under the responsibility of leadership based on archival guidelines. The capture stage highlights the importance of completeness, security, verification, and digitization to simplify archive retrieval and establish archives as evidence of institutional activities. The organize stage shows that archives are classified based on type and year, making case archive searches easier, improving SIPP performance, and increasing staff efficiency. Archives are stored for five years. The pluralise stage indicates that archive access is limited to authorized staff, while archive transparency helps users trace digital records. SIPP plays an important role in supporting archive management. The main problems include missing signatures, stamps, pages, and litigant documents. This study recommends greater accuracy in checking case archive completeness and suggests that future research examine the role of facilities and infrastructure in supporting archive management within SIPP.]]>
