The covid-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions to implement the teaching and learning process using an online learning system. One of the technologies used in learning Arabic is the Xrecorder application. This screen recording application can be used to edit videos and make it easier for teachers and students to learn Arabic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using the XRecorder application in Arabic learning that supports the implementation of online learning. This study uses an experimental quantitative method by giving treatment to subjects about the use of the Xrecorder application in Arabic learningthen calculate its effectiveness using numbers. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, tests, and observations. This research was conducted at SD Ma'arif YPM Wonocolo with grade IV as the sample. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Xrecorder application in Arabic online learning has a high criterion effect in Arabic online learning, with 75% of students getting a high criterion effect, 18% of students getting a moderate impact on criteria, and only 7% of students getting low criterion effect.
