Generation Z faces complex psychosocial challenges, including academic pressure, peer conflicts, social isolation, and psychological vulnerability. This highlights the critical need for promotive and preventive efforts to enhance students' understanding of healthy social relationships, mutual respect, and social support within an adaptive meaning-making process. This community engagement involved 250 vocational students in Banjarmasin through interactive lectures, self-reflection, and structured discussions. The intervention utilized the Metamodel Meaning Making–Bio-Psycho-Socio-Culture (MMM-BPSC) framework. Results indicated high student engagement during the educational sessions. Participants successfully identified their specific psychosocial vulnerabilities and recognized the crucial role of positive social relationships in fostering psychological resilience. Ultimately, this meaning-making-based psychosocial education serves as an effective, relevant promotive strategy for improving mental health literacy among school-aged adolescents.
