<![CDATA[Community service in higher education requires activities that directly strengthen professional capacity and produce measurable outcomes. One strategic need among lecturers and LPPM consultants is the ability to understand and implement competency-based assessment in accordance with national certification principles. This article reviews a community service activity conducted through an assignment as a Master Competency Assessor Trainer in the BNSP Competency Assessor Training at LSP Pendidikan dan Pembinaan Manajemen (LSP PPM Manajemen), Jakarta, from 29 June to 2 July 2026. The activity aimed to enhance participants' understanding, practical skills, and readiness to conduct competency-based assessment through participatory training, adult learning, assessment planning practice, assessment simulation, portfolio verification, feedback, and final evaluation. The activity involved 11 registrants, of whom 9 participants attended the complete training process. The participants consisted of lecturers and LPPM consultants. The main results show that all 9 participants who attended the training were declared competent, indicating a 100% competency achievement rate among active participants. The activity demonstrates that community service by lecturers can contribute not only to knowledge transfer but also to the strengthening of national competency-based human resource development, professional networks, and the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education.]]>
