Abstract

Crubie Cookie MSME is a micro-enterprise in Dumai City that produces cookies using household equipment, with limited production capacity, inconsistent product quality, and conventional marketing practices. These conditions indicate opportunities for business development through the utilization of local food resources, particularly purple sweet potato and oatmeal, as raw materials for healthy cookies with added value. This community empowerment program aims to increase the production capacity and competitiveness of Crubie Cookie MSME through healthy cookie product innovation, production process standardization, branding enhancement, and digital marketing. The program was implemented through several stages, including identifying the partner's needs, developing healthy cookie variants, implementing appropriate technology, preparing standard operating procedures, providing branding and packaging training, conducting product photography, and providing digital marketing assistance. The partner was actively involved in all stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Through an integrated approach covering both production and marketing aspects, this program is expected to enhance the independence and sustainability of Crubie Cookie MSME as a competitive healthy cookie business based on local food resources.
