This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to provide business strategy education through financial reporting as an effort to increase sales at the Dodol Bunda Al-Hasanah business in Panompuan Village. The main problem faced by business owners is suboptimal financial record-keeping, which impacts business decision-making and business development. The implementation method included initial observation, interviews with business owners, education and training on simple financial record-keeping, and mentoring in implementing financial report-based business strategies. The results of the program indicate an increased understanding among MSME owners of the importance of structured recording of income and expenses. More organized financial records help business owners understand profits, control production costs, and develop more effective sales strategies. Therefore, this PkM activity makes a significant contribution to improving financial literacy and supporting the sustainability of the Dodol Bunda Al-Hasanah business. It also has the potential to increase the competitiveness of local MSMEs in Panompuan Village.
