<![CDATA[Generation Z employee productivity has become a key determinant of organizational success in the digital era, where organizations are required to adapt to rapid technological advancements and evolving workforce expectations. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, the work environment, and work engagement on the productivity of Generation Z employees at Putra Store. The study adopts a quantitative approach using an associative research design. The research population consists of all Generation Z employees at Putra Store, with the entire group of 60 employees included as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that transformational leadership, the work environment, and work engagement each have a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of Generation Z employees, both individually and collectively. These findings demonstrate that enhancing employee productivity requires effective transformational leadership, a conducive and supportive work environment, and high levels of employee engagement. The study provides practical implications for Putra Store in developing human resource management strategies, strengthening organizational practices, and fostering a productive workplace that aligns with the characteristics and expectations of Generation Z employees.]]>
