Abstract

Financial distresses have strong relationships with the company’s bankruptcy. The financial distress can be predicted by using information contained in the financial statements and the company’s corporate governance mechanisms. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of ownership structure, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, activity ratios, and the size of the company to possible financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study are manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are published in the financial statements from the years 2008-2012,samples of the research  are 156 financial. Data analysis uses a logistic regression .The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership significantly influence of financial distress. While institutional ownership does not significantly influence of financial distress. Liquidity ratios and activity ratios significantly influence of financial distress. While the leverage ratio and firm size had no significant effect on the financial distress. The results can be used for decision making corporate leaders and investors as well as potential investors to always attention Managerial ownership, liquidity ratio, and the ratio of the activity, because these three variables has a contribution in influencing the potential for financial distress.

Abstract

— Kesulitan keuangan pada perusahaan dapat diprediksi dari laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan . Financial Reportyang disajikan pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kesulitan keuangan padaperusahaan yang akan dijadikan tempat untuk investasi sehingga untuk menanamkan modal kita tidak ragu lagi. Penelitianini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa laporan keuangan dapat untuk mengetahui financial disterses padaperusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Rfek Indonesia tahun 2017 - 2019 dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio likuiditas,rasio leverage, rasio aktivitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kondisi financial distress .jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 136 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI . Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah regresi linier berganda , untuk analisis data terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t dan R Square. asil penelitian danpembahsan menunjukkan rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage, rasio aktivitas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikanterhadap financial distress.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on the level of health and economic growth. In handling the Covid 19 pandemic, it is necessary to have sufficient public funds to funding and resolve the impacts that arise. The policy of refocusing and reallocating local government budgets is one of the alternative funding for handling pandemics in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods with case study techniques. The data used are refocusing and reallocation data from local governments in Indonesia, both provinces, cities and districts, which are derived from data from the Ministry of Home Affairs. The results of this study indicate that there are still many implementation of refocusing and budget reallocation carried out by local governments that have not been on target with the aim of handling Covid-19. The regional government has not implemented the standard Joint Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Minister of Finance concerning the Acceleration of 2020 Local Government Budget Adjustments in the Context of Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), as well as Safeguarding Public Purchasing Power and the National Economy. The local government is only just making adjustments to the Local Government Budget in handling Covid-19. The target of regions that have made Local Government Budget adjustments is still not appropriate, because areas that are exposed to a lot of Covid-19 are in fact low refocusing and reallocation of the Local Government Budget, while areas that are slightly exposed to Covid-19 are refocusing and reallocation of their Local Government Budget is high.

Abstract

Covid-19 as the global pandemic with social and physical distancing consequence has affected educational practices. Amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic, Schools are temporally closed therefore, students study at home, teacher adapts the situation. They have online class and online assessment as well. In this case, technology supports teaching learning process. The purpose of the study is to understand some types of Online English Assessments for during Covid-19 Pandemic. Data were collected from books, journals, news, social media and other relevant sources. Literature study is carried out to obtain the necessary data by reading the literature sources. The data collected was then analyzed qualitatively. The result of the study is Teacher can assess the EFL learning by using formative assessment, the assessment can assess reading, speaking, writing and grammar by give task activities. Beside that synchronous method is the most proper one. Teacher can use some applications that can meet the students virtually like Google meets, Zoom Meeting and other synchronous application.

Abstract

The research was carried out to obtain a model for developing a tourist village based on digital management, starting with marketing a tourist village to the public through e-marketing, ordering e-tickets and reporting on sales of Tourism Village tickets. This study uses a qualitative method with a simulation observation research strategy. Observations were made in the Sidowayah Tourism Village, Klaten Regency in Umbul Siblarak, Dolanan and Tobing Villages. From the results of the preliminary survey, the condition of the Sidowayah tourist village currently has visitors, but there are still few and are local tourists. This research was conducted for 4 months divided into 2 stages. The first stage of the research is to identify and map tourism areas owned by the Sidowayah Tourism Village, this stage is carried out using a qualitative descriptive method. The second stage is to build a tourism village development model based on digital management based on the tourism sector, with the stages of making digital marketing applications, e-tickets, e-reports, application testing and application implementation in tourism village management. The results of the research are the mapping of the tourism sector and the application of the tourist village information system based on digital management. From these results, it is expected to be able to solve problems in the development of Tourism Villages, including tourist villages that are easily known to the public on a national and international scale, people who are going on vacation can choose tourist attractions and order tickets through the application and tour managers can find out the results of ticket sales at any time and make the Village Tourism is growing rapidly

Abstract

This study is intended to assess the behavior of the variables of motivation, discipline, and leadership on the performance of ASN at the Wonogiri regional Secretariat through organizational culture or without organizational culture.From 140 ASN, be used 114 respondents as sample with Slovin formula were taken with a simple random sampling. The data was then analyzed using a path analysis system and equipped with statistical tests. Field findings show that: 1) Motivation has a significant influence on organizational culture in Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 2) Discipline has a significant influence on the culture of the organization in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 3) Leadership has an influence but not significant on the organizational culture in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 4) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 5) Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 6) Leadership has an influence, although not insignificant, on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; and 7) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat

Abstract

In this study has the aim to determine the effect of marketing mix on sales levels at Ayam Keprabon Restaurant, using a sample size taken totaling 100 people from consumers of Ayam Keprabon Restaurant. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, data is taken using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. At this time the marketing mix is the key to marketing in a company that can increase the level of sales. Based on the theoretical foundation and accompanied by the results of the analysis it can be concluded that, Food Quality has a significant effect on the Sales Level, Service Quality does not have a significant effect on Sales Level, Price has no significant effect on Sales Level, Physical efidence does not have a significant effect on Sales Level, Process does not have a significant effect on sales level, Place or Distribution Channel has a significant effect on sales level. Food quality, service quality, price, physical efidence, process and place together have a simultaneous effect on the variable Sales Level in Ayam Keprabon restaurant.

Abstract

This research produces a student business development model based on Digital Business management and Electronic Customer Relationship Management. This research is a qualitative case study with an action research approach. Researchers conducted an exploration of program applications, training and application of models to student business activities, starting with mapping student businesses according to their competencies, providing training on the use of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) information technology as a means of managing customers in businesses run by students for retention. customers increase. The results of the study showed that there were 8 types of businesses that were engaged in by students from 30 samples of students who owned businesses. Based on data analysis after students implemented the E-CRM Model development, student business development in terms of number of customers, turnover and profits increased by 20%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a model for developing a tourism village based on digital management, through e-marketing, e-tickets and e-reports for tourism villages. This study uses a qualitative research method with a simulation observation research strategy. Observations were made at the Sidowayah Klaten Tourism Village in the Siblarak banner, Dolanan village, Tobing tourism. The problem of the Sidowayah tourist village at this time is that there are few visitors and are local tourists around Klaten district, not yet known on a national scale, MSME products as souvenirs are not widely known to visitors. The research stages were carried out by identifying and mapping the tourism sector and MSME products owned by the Sidowayah Tourism Village, carried out using a qualitative descriptive method. The next stage is to build an application model for a tourism village development program based on digital management based on tourism and entrepreneurship, starting with designing digital marketing applications, e-tickets, e-reports, application testing and application implementation in Sidowayah Tourism Village Management. The results of the research are the mapping of the tourism sector and MSMEs and the application model for developing a tourism village based on Digital Management. From these results, it can solve problems in the development of Tourism Villages, including tourist villages that are easily known to the public, people who are going on vacation can choose tourist attractions and order tickets through the application, buy souvenirs for MSME products and tourism managers can find out ticket financial reports at any time.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether service quality, trust and promotions influence member loyalty. The type of data in this research is quantitative in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The respondents for this research were 98 cooperative members. In research during the observation period it shows a normal distribution. Based on the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, no deviations were found from the basic assumptions, in other words the data used met the requirements for using the multiple linear regression equation model. The research results show that the variables of service quality, trust and promotion have a significant and simultaneous positive effect on the member loyalty variable.
