In an increasingly competitive hospitality and tourism industry, companies are required to maintain and improve the quality of their human resources to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to examine the influence of Self-Leadership, Compensation, and Commitment on Employee Performance at Nunamkhalu Villa & Spa, Badung. The study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of all 35 employees using a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique utilized is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Self-Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, compensation was also found to have a positive and significant effect on performance. Similarly, the commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of self-development, providing fair compensation, and enhancing commitment to support the achievement of more optimal employee performance.
