Abstract

In an increasingly competitive hospitality and tourism industry, companies are required to maintain and improve the quality of their human resources to achieve optimal performance. The study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of all 35 employees using a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique utilized is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Self-Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, compensation was also found to have a positive and significant effect on performance. Similarly, the commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of self-development, providing fair compensation, and enhancing commitment to support the achievement of more optimal employee performance.
