<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effects of job training, work stress, communication, and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Agro Muko Regional Management Office Bengkulu. A quantitative research approach with a survey method was employed. The study involved 125 employees, and the entire population was selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that job training does not have a significant effect on employee productivity. In contrast, work stress has a significant negative effect, while communication and work motivation have significant positive effects on employee productivity. These findings suggest that improving employee productivity depends more on effective work stress management, organizational communication, and employee motivation than on the current implementation of job training programs]]>
