Abstract

Pengelolaan distribusi produk yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi keberhasilan penjualan. Ide pengabdian ini berawal dari kunjungan ke Sekolah Luar Biasa, dan melihat banyaknya hasil karya kerajinan atau handycraft yang dibuat oleh siswa. Dari perbincangan dengan guru, diketahui terdapat permasalahan utama terkait pemasaran produk-produk hasil karya siswa SLB. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memberikan wawasan pengetahuan khususnya terkait diferensiasi dan pemasaran produk agar pendamping siswa, guru, dan siswa mempunyai pandangan yang luas dalam pemasaran dengan menampilkan keunikan dan nilai produk. Ketrampilan yang telah dimiliki oleh siswa, akan bermanfaat sebagai bekal kemandiriannya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan memberikan penyuluhan, edukasi tentang pemasaran dan simulasi penjualan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan adanya pemahaman terhadap pendistribusian produk dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam penjualan.

Abstract

        This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing, brand image, service quality, and consumer trust on purchasing decisions of Tokopedia e-commerce users in Purwokerto. The research used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Purwokerto residents who are Tokopedia users. The sampling method used was Purposive sampling, namely respondents based on criteria, in this case the selected respondents were Tokopedia users who live in Purwokerto, and have made transactions on Tokopedia at least once. A sample of 110 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow formula, data were collected through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on purchasing decisions. The study shows that all independent variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This study confirms that an effective content marketing strategy, strengthening brand image, improving service quality, and building consumer trust are very important in increasing purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform.

Abstract

Electric motorcycle are innovative vehicles whose charging does not depend on petroleum, making them more environmentally friendly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of promotion, lifestyle, risk perception, and electronic word of mouth on the interest in purchasing electric motorcycles in Purwokerto through a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria, 100 respondents were obtained. This study used the SPSS test tool, with the research method used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that promotion and risk perception had a positive effect on the interest in purchasing electric motorcycle in Purwokerto. Meanwhile, risk perception and electronic word of mouth did not affect the interest in purchasing electric motorcycle in Purwokerto.
