<![CDATA[Instruction in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) regarding local wisdom in elementary schools faces challenges due to limited use of interactive media that could help students grasp the material in an engaging and contextual manner. Initial observations indicated a need for media capable of enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes. This study aimed to develop interactive multimedia based on Lectora Inspire—focusing on local wisdom—for third-grade students and to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed product. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, comprising Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases. Product trials were conducted at SD Negeri 11 Indarung, while the final product was implemented at SD Negeri 20 Indarung and SD Negeri 01 Bandar Buat. The results showed that the multimedia achieved an average validity score of 88.93%, placing it in the "highly valid" category. Practicality, based on teacher and student responses, ranged from 85.20% to 98%, falling into the "highly practical" category. N-Gain analysis yielded an average score of 0.73, which falls into the high category. Consequently, the Lectora Inspire-based interactive multimedia is deemed valid and practical, and it demonstrates a high level of improvement in learning outcomes, making it suitable for use in IPAS instruction on local wisdom.]]>
