Final year students are faced with various considerations in determining their career choices, both from academic and psychological factors. Understanding the factors that influence students career choices after completing higher education is therefore important. Academic achievement, field experience practice (PPL) and self-efficacy are assumed to influence the career choices of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) class of 2022.This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The sample consisted of 128 eighth-semester students and alumni of the Economic Education Study Program, class of 2022, who had participated in field experience practice (PPL) Data were collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of academic achievement, field experience practice (PPL) and self-efficacy on students career choices. The findings indicate that academic achievement and field experience practice (PPL)do not have a significant effect on students career choices. Meanwhile self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career choices. These results suggest that the learning process in higher education plays an important role in enhancing students self-efficacy, which in turn helps them make better career decisions.
