Abstract

Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan pelatihan teknis dan pedagogis bagi Guru SMK di Kabupaten dan Kota Magelang serta kemampuan guru dalam merancang modul ajar berbasis deep learning masih rendah. Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini  adalah memperkuat kompetensi guru Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar interaktif berbasis deep learning menggunakan platform Artificial Intellegence (AI). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, praktik penyusunan modul ajar, pendampingan, dan evaluasi melalui kuesioner. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah 19 guru MPLB yang tergabung pada MGMP Kabupaten dan Kota Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 73.7% peserta menilai bahwa materi PkM sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan, 63.2% peserta memahami materi dengan mudah, dan 84.2% peserta berpendapat bahwa kegiatan PkM sangat bermanfaat. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa program PkM telah berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan pedagogis, literasi digital, dan motivasi guru dalam memanfaatkan AI alam penyusunan modul ajar. Oleh karena itu, kegitan ini berkontribusi untuk mendorong guru lebih adaptif terhadap teknologi dan menghadirkan pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif, interaktif, dan relevan.   Enhancing teachers' competencies through the development of deep learning-based instructional modules using an artificial intelligence platform    Abstract: Situations in the field indicate that Magelang Regency and City's vocational school teachers have limited technical and pedagogical training, and their capacity to create deep learning-based lesson plans is still lacking. The main objective of this community service (PkM) activity is to strengthen teachers' competencies through training and assistance in developing teaching modules. The methods used include training, teaching module development practice, mentoring, and evaluation through questionnaires. The participants of this activity were 19 MPLB teachers who are members of the MGMP in Magelang Regency and City, Central Java. The success of this activity shows that 73.7% of participants considered the PkM material to be very relevant to their needs, 63.2% of participants found the material easy to understand, and 84.2% of participants considered the community service activity to be very useful. The results of this activity show that the community service  program has succeeded in improving teachers' pedagogical skills, digital literacy, and motivation in utilizing AI in the preparation of teaching modules. Therefore, this activity contributes to encouraging teachers to be more adaptive to technology and to deliver more creative, interactive, and relevant learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of digital business education in mediating self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention among students of the economics education study program at Universitas Negeri Semarang. This study is a quantitative research approach with a causal correlational design. The population of this study was 392 students, with a sample of 50 economics education students using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach's alpha, and all composite reliability values ​​for each construct were obtained to have a value greater than 0.7. The survey data was entered in SmartPLS version 3.2.9 for analysis. Direct effect analysis with path coefficients helps test the hypothesis of direct influence between variables at a significance level 0.05. There is a significant direct relationship between Digital business education and Entrepreneurial Intention among students of 0.327 (P-Value 0.002). Indirect effect analysis helps test the hypothesis of indirect influence between variables mediated by a variable. Digital business education significantly mediates self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of 0.197 (P-Value 0.002). This study concludes that digital business education, directly and indirectly, influences the increase of entrepreneurial intention. Digital business education significantly mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention among economic education students. Digital business education plays an important role in increasing entrepreneurial intention. For this study, educators need to ensure that teaching and content in digital business education can spark entrepreneurial intention to impact the number of young entrepreneurs among students, and entrepreneurship becomes one of the right career choices for graduates of economic education study programs.
