This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Transmission Implementation Unit (UPT) Manado, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The study population consisted of 85 employees, with a sample of 46 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance were generally categorized as very good. The regression equation obtained was Y = 0.069 + 0.058X1 + 0.945X2. Partially, Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (t-count = 20.574 > t-table = 2.017; Sig. = 0.000), while Work Environment did not have a significant effect (t-count = 1.294 < t-table = 2.017; Sig. = 0.202), which was presumed to be caused by multicollinearity (VIF = 18.139). Simultaneously, both variables had a positive and significant effect (F-count = 4323.774 > F-table = 3.214; Sig. = 0.000), with a contribution of 99.5% (R² = 0.995).
