Improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions depends heavily on the effectiveness of leadership in managing the potential of teaching and administrative staff. This study aims to analyze the leadership strategy of the principal at Sunan Gunung Jati Ngunut High School, Tulungagung, in projecting increased human resource professionalism through Islamic values-based supervision and training approaches, and to identify effective practices for sustainable human resource quality. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research. Primary and secondary data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis process applies an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing is carried out through source and method triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that the leadership strategy implemented focuses on two main instruments. First, the implementation of continuous clinical and academic supervision with a persuasive-educational approach. Second, competency acceleration through training integrated with the internalization of Islamic values such as amanah, shiddiq, and fathonah. The implementation of this integrative strategy has proven effective in transforming work ethics, increasing the professional commitment of teachers and staff, and creating a sustainable human resources development system at the Islamic educational institution.
