Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMPN 2 Sumbergempol, berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kurang mendapat antusias dari peserta didik yang berdampak pada hasil belajar yang rendah. Selain itu guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah dan kurang inovasi dalam pembelajarannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas, hasil, dan ketuntasan belajar Bahasa Inggris pada kurikulum meerdeka melalui model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di SMPN 2 Sumbergempol. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus setiap siklus dilakukan 2 kali pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 12 peserta didik. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes pada setiap akhir pembelajaran persiklus. Hasil dari penelitian tindakan kelas menyatakan bahwa: (1) Terdapat peningkatan dalam aktivitas belajar peserta didik di mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris pada kurikulum merdeka. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aktivitas guru dan siswa yang meningkat dari jumlah skor 17 menjadi 44 pada guru, dan dari jumlah skor 14 menjadi 34 pada siswa. (2) Hasil belajar siswa telah mengalami peningkatan dari pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II, dengan nilai rata-rata 62,2 menjadi 69,2 dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 77,8. (3) Presentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik juga mengalam kenaikan yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 60% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 80%.

Abstract

Islamic education institution has an important role in forming future generations especially in character education. In this study, researcher will discuss character education of politeness. Politeness is the main character and even this is a basic in forming the personality of students well. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in this study is observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that character education of politeness in tahfidz program can be carried out with various habituations. Continuing habituation will form the character of politeness towards the children which will indirectly have Islamic personalities.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan karakter adalah upaya mewujudkan generasi bangsa yang cerdas dan berakhlak mulia. Keberhasilan pendidikan karakter tidak serta merta dilihat dari perspektif ranah kognitif saja melainkan bagaimana keseimbangan ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu benteng yang dibutuhkan dalam pembenahan moral dalam islam, salah satunya dengan kegiatan sholat Dhuha. Pada masa pandemi covid- 19 ini pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara dinamis menyesuaikan kondisi kesehatan dan keselamatan di masing- masing wilayah. Pembelajaran sholat Dhuha tetap dilakukan meskipun dengan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi mendalam, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data diproses melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MI Tarbiyatussibyan Tulungagung melaksanakan kegiatan sholat Dhuha dalam upaya penanaman karakter di sekolah. Kegiatan sholat Dhuha tetap dilaksanakan dalam kondisi pandemi covid 19 dengan sistem pembelajaran hybrid, yaitu 50% murid melakukan kegiatan sholat Dhuha di sekolah, dan 50% lainnya melakukan kegiatan sholat Dhuha secara online dengan aplikasi zoom. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Sholat Dhuha, dan Pembelajaran Hybrid

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of a learning process in schools that experience learning difficulties, especially in Al-Qur'an learning which can shape students' character to be better. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the planning for the application of tahfidz Qur'an activities for the formation of student character at MI Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School on the Tulungagung stage? 2) What are the effects of tahfidz Qur'an activities in forming the character of students at MI Al-shlah Islamic boarding school stage. This research is qualitative research and the type of research used is case study. Data collection is done by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions and data verification. What will happen from this research is: 1) The tahfidz program implemented at MI Al-Ishlah is carried out during extracurricular hours by memorizing juz 30 and special surahs, at the age of 6 years. 2) the application or results of the application of tahfidz Qur'an activities in the process of character formation including: a) consequences outside of tahfidz activities such as diligent prayer in congregation and diligent muroja'ah of the Qur'an, b) consequences within tahfidz Qur'an activities such as mastering reading and reciting Al-Qur'an verses and being orderly in participating in tahfidz Qur'an activities.

Abstract

Public Relations Management (PR) is a one of the influential component of education, especially in the educational management process which will later determine the success of the educational institution. Public relations is a two-way communication bridge between the school and the community, both of which complement each other and must synergize with each other in order to create feedback for the educational institution. Community participation is the main support in providing education. This is stated in the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003, namely the importance of community participation, so educational institutions must manage it in a professional managerial manner. This research into analyze public relations management in increasing community participation in madrasa development implemented at MTs Darussalam Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung. The focus of this research is how public relations management can increase community participation in madrasa development. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multisite study design. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the findings was carried out with researcher participation and triangulation. Research information from the institution's stage holders, especially public relations administrators. The research results obtained are: 1) the steps for planning a public relations work program consist of; (a) Analysis of comprehensive needs; (b) Analysis of situations and conditions; (c) Evaluation through joint deliberation. 2) Implementation of public relations management activity programs through several media; (a) Print media; (b) Visual media; (c) Audiovisual media; 3) Evaluation of the public relations management activity program is divided into 2 parts: small and large scale evaluation. Abstract

Interfaith marriage is no longer a new issue and is still interesting to study. This research is a type of literature research. While the research model is qualitative research and uses the comparative-analysis method for data analysis. After conducting the analysis, it was concluded that the sources of interpretation used by Muhammadiyah when interpreting the verses on interfaith marriage include: The Qur'an, hadith, companion and tabi'in narrations, reasoning (ijtihad), previous books of interpretation, and fiqh books. The method of interpretation used by Muhammadiyah is the thematic method with the style of al-A>da>b al-Ijtima>'i (social-community). While the validity of the interpretation of the verses of interfaith marriage after being tested with three theories of truth, the results are obtained: 1) According to the coherence theory, Muhammadiyah's interpretation is considered incorrect because it is inconsistent in conveying propositions through the logic of its thinking and inconsistent between the contextual approach used in the interpretation explained in the "Preface" with the practice of interpretation. 2) Based on correspondence theory Muhammadiyah is considered lacking in applying the theory. 3) Meanwhile, according to the theory of pragmatism, Muhammadiyah's interpretation is considered incorrect because it cannot provide answers to the problems faced by Indonesian society today. Abstract

Pembelajaran fonetik Arab di Indonesia banyak dilaksanakan di taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an. Dalam prakteknya, Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa Perempuan sebagai sekolah pertama bagi anak-anak berperan aktif terhadap perkembangan keberhasilan pembelajaran fonologi Arab tersebut. Setiap pembelajaran tidak terkecuali pembelajaran fonologi Arab memerlukan metode khusus, karena tingkat buta huruf di negara Indonesia masih terbilng tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi Perempuan dalam pembelajaran fonetik Arab, problematika, dan solusi pemecahannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode dalam pembelajaran fonetik Arab adalah metode an-Nahdliyah dikolaborasi dengan metode penyampaian demonstrasi, mim mem, drill, tanya jawab, dan ceramah dengan mengedepankan sifat lemah lembut dan kasih sayang. Problematika yang dialami meliputi kurangnya guru, prasarana kurang memadai, dukungan orang tua, fisiologis anak, karakteristik huruf Arab, psikologis anak, dan pengaruh teman. Solusi yang diterapkan adalah kaderisasi dan dedikasi, manajemen jadwal dengan baik, koordinasi dengan wali santri, memahami dan mensupport perkembangan anak, mencontohkan, memberikan pemahaman positif, dan memilah pergaulan yang baik.

Abstract

Madrasah culture is indeed a barometer of Madrasah activities which is a measure of whether the Madrasah has a culture that produces good results for Madrasas or vice versa a bad culture for Madrasahs, therefore prioritize Madrasah Culture in increasing competitiveness institutions so that these institutions have good icons and habits in daily life in madrasas so as to increase the competitiveness of madrasah. the purpose of this research is to find and analyze the Madrasah cultural program in increasing competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data collection in this study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques in which the data sources were people , documents ( papers ) and places ( place ). The results of this study fully strengthen the theory of the Culture of a School conveyed by strengthening the theories of Beare, Caldwell, Spinks and Milikan that the main principle in Madrasah Culture is the Madrasah Culture Program which contains goals and objectives ( Aims and objectives ), Curriculum ( Curriculum ), language ( Language ), Thought ( Metaphor ) and Organizing ( Organizational).

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe in depth 1) Product in increasing public interest in the field of education at SMP Mambaus Sholihin Blitar. 2) Price in increasing public interest in the field of education at SMP Mambaus Sholihin Blitar. 3) Place to increase public interest in the field of education at SMP Mambaus Sholihin Blitar. 4) Promotion in increasing public interest in the field of education at SMP Mambaus Sholihin Blitar. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study type with a multicase design. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis starts from data consolidation, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Data were analyzed from single case and cross case data. The research results show 1) Product as a marketing mix strategy in increasing public interest in the field of education, including academic competence (guarantee of passing madrasa exams and national exams), and Islamic boarding school competence. 2) Price as a marketing mix strategy in increasing public interest in areas including affordable financing, cross subsidies and scholarships. 3) Place as a marketing mix strategy in increasing public interest in the field of education, including the location of madrasas within Islamic boarding schools. 4) Promotion as a marketing mix strategy in increasing public interest in the field of education, including direct promotion from student guardians and students, electronic print media and social media. 5) Institutional performance as a marketing mix strategy in increasing public interest in the education sector is an A-accredited institution, magnificent buildings and complete facilities, financial administration service performance that is friendly, accountable and fast, food and drink service performance that is timely, nutritious, healthy, varied, and adequate, clean and sufficient toilet service performance, safety and comfort service performance, teachers and supervisors are parents of students. 6) Pray as a marketing mix strategy in increasing public interest in the field of education is istighosah, other aurotan and spiritual teachers. Abstract

The world knows that Prophet Muhammad was a great dreamer. His role models and examples of his attitude in dealing with a problem are very relevant to this day. Not only that, Prophet Muhammad is also a very ideal leader. It can be seen that his attitudes can still be applied today in leading an organization or leading a group. The Islamic attitude in treating its subordinates or members is not like most leaders who only emphasize their duties and obligations. Leadership in Islam emphasizes formal and moral attitudes, not just horizontal and vertical leadership. Thus, it is certain that the relationship between leaders and members of the organization will be harmonious and will bring the organization to the peak of the ability of its members to manage the organization. The loyalty of educators and education personnel is more or less influenced by how the leader brings his organization or educational institution. Prophetic leadership that tries to emulate the attitudes of the prophet and in the Qur'an is also mentioned. As we know being honest, fair, trustworthy and always deliberating every decision making is an attitude exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW for us all to emulate and contemplate. In this context, how can the leader have a prophetic leadership attitude in the educational institution he manages? This is the main problem in this paper.
