<![CDATA[Performance is the result of work that serves as an indicator of employees' success in achieving organizational goals. Employee performance can be influenced by the work environment in which employees carry out their duties, as well as by their own level of self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the work environment and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT Citra Sawit Cemerlang in Sandai, Ketapang Regency. This study employed an associative research method with a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. Prior to conducting the multiple linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests were performed. The study used purposive sampling, with a sample consisting of 34 employees working in the office, security, and workshop divisions. The results of the data analysis showed that, partially, the work environment had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, while self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Citra Sawit Cemerlang. Simultaneously, the independent variables—work environment and self-efficacy—accounted for 19.2% of the variation in employee performance at PT Citra Sawit Cemerlang.]]>
