Sales forecasting is one of the important aspects in supporting business decision-making, especially in inventory planning, stock control, and marketing strategy formulation. However, many business operators still plan based on experience, resulting in frequent overstocking or understocking due to inaccurate predictions. This research aims to develop a Business Decision System for sales prediction using the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method, equipped with a web-based analytical dashboard to present prediction information visually and support more effective decision-making. The model's performance is evaluated using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE).
