Abstract

Reservation Meeting Room System is a system that is used to reserve meeting rooms in real time in all offices of PT. Visionet Data Internasional, so that this system is easy for employees to use, there is no duplication of reservations for meeting rooms between employees, and can be used through employees' mobile devices. PT Visionet Data Internasional is a company engaged in the field of IT Consultants consisting of many departments that focus on the development and maintenance of software and hardware, with many departments using meeting rooms very intensely, obtained information systems used to book meeting rooms are inaccurate, not real time, complicated, and frequent duplication of orders. Therefore the system that will be created by the author is a renovation and update of the previous system that already exists at PT. Visionet Data Internasional. It is expected that with this system, it can minimize errors that occur in the previous system. This system is also expected to make it easier for all employees to book a meeting room at PT Visionet Data Internasional.

Abstract

The internet of Things for Smart Home is here to offer convenience in controlling electrical devices or lectronic devices remotely by only giving voice commands that have been integrated with Google Assistant services, now traveling home in uncertain times no longer need to worry about turning on or turn off electrical appliances at home with a smart home. The design of this prototype tool implements lights and fans as electrical devices, in making smart home systems require a microcontroller namely the ESP8266 NodeMCU V3 CH340 module as MQTT Broker protocol, IFTTT as a subscriber, and the publisher Google Assistant using MTTQ (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) method. MQTT used today is using a free cloud server provided by Adafruit. Based on the results of testing the prototype of the IoT-based smart home control system with the MQTT method using google assistant proved that the number of tests for Relay 1, Relay 2 and Relay 3 is six(6), succeeded 5 and failed 1 then the accuracy of success on Relay 1 testing was 88%. Only by giving the command "Ok Google turn on/off the lamp 1 or turn on/off a fan" to the Google Assistant installed on the Smartphone, lights and fans can be controlled remotely as long as NodeMCU ESP8266 gets an internet network.

Abstract

Digital developments on a global scale are now growing very rapidly, especially with the emergence of a covid-19 pandemic that has made all institutions, both education, offices and various other types of institutions, begin to adapt to the use of computers and mobile phones, where everything is based on IoT Internet of Thing, namely all types. the activities are carried out online, besides that, there are many obstacles, such as the amount of time wasted because they have to prepare training classrooms, prepare ppt slides for each training session, and prepare training questions which will then be printed and distributed to training participants. A lot of costs and energy are wasted in conducting training, especially if you have to do training at the branch office and the work of employees is not controlled when they have to do training. For this reason, it is necessary to build an information system for the training department to provide informative training data and to automate the recording of training history. To support the program design process developed by implementing a throw-away prototype model, using the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter Framework, database design using the PostgreSQL database. With the training department information system, the process of delivering training information is faster and more informative, facilitating the process of recording employee training history, and reducing the use of paper because it is computerized making it easier to conduct training and shorten the training process

Abstract

Tourism transportation companies such as the Sumber Jaya Trans bus are a means used to facilitate an agency or company in conducting tourism trips. With the use of a means of transportation, maintenance is definitely needed for the continued use of the vehicle in the long term. At PT. Sumber Jaya Trans Tangerang has a problem, namely regarding the reporting of vehicle maintenance data that still uses the web, mechanics who have repaired bus vehicles fill out maintenance reports on a web so that it takes a very long time. With the existing problems, the authors propose an Android-based bus maintenance system. Using the PIECES analysis method. The system design uses object-oriented analysis method with Unified Modeling Language (UML), programming language for Web Service using PHP with Laravel framework, programming language for Android using Dart with Flutter framework. Android was chosen because of its popularity among Indonesians as a mobile operating system capable of replacing computer jobs. Therefore we need an Android-based system that can assist in reporting vehicle maintenance data to make it more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The number of problems in learning activities such as the personality and behavior of students who are less good towards the teacher and there is still many students who are confused in their personality in deciding to continue their studies with a department in accordance with their education or personality. So the author aims to create one expert system that can help counseling and student teachers in determining personality and good behavior for students who are not good or to determine in continuing college studies with one of the knowledge that can help humans in making decisions, namely expert systems. Expert system (Expert System) is a part of artificial intelligence that contains knowledge and experience that is input into the knowledge base. In designing this expert system, the author uses a forward chaining technique because problem-solving is done by collecting data and then drawing a conclusion. The results of this expert system are able to help psychology or Counseling Guidance teachers in analyzing student behavior to improve quality human resources by testing the diagnosis of student behavior and personality with expert system applications to produce solutions that meet their needs with a percentage above 90%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by gaps in teaching and learning at Nusajaya Vocational School, Tangerang. This study aims to make Cooperative Learning Type Team Learning Games based on E-learning that can increase student interest and learning attitudes at Nusajaya Tangerang Vocational School. The results of this study are e-learning that can attract students' interests and attitudes to learning. In e-learning not only contains learning material content but there is a menu for interaction with students and an interesting menu for students, then this research is a Research and Development (R & D) research on the application quality testing process using Black box testing. So that the testing of this system shows results that are very feasible to use, after being used in two-stage learning, namely cycle 1 is 68.53% and cycle 2 gets results that increase 12.94% on student interests and attitudes to 81.47%.

Abstract

Arisalah Merupakan salah satu pengelolaan jaamah haji atau umroh dan juga wisata traveling, salah satunya adalah layanan bimbingan yang diberikan oleh Arisalah adalah Haji atau Umroh. Yang dimana sistem pendaftaranya masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, semua data ditulis tangan pada kertas pendaftaran jamaah, kemudia data dimasukan kedalam Ms.Microsoft Excel. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk para calon jamaah maka, penulis ingin membantu Arisalah untuk membuat sistem pendaftaran online berbasis web dengan menggunakan sistem metode UML (Unifield Modeling Language), dengan menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Dan dengan analisa perancangan SWOT yang bisa memberi tahu antara kekuatan sistem,kelemahan sistem,peluang yang diberikan sistem dan, ancaman yang bisa menggagu sistem, dan menggunakan metode pengembangan SDLC (System Development life cycle) dimana ketika sistem dibuat ada planning yang dibuat,kerangka, dilanjutkan dengan implementasi, dan pemeliharaan, Dan untuk mendukung dalam pembuatan sistem aplikasi ini didukung dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai Base dari sistem pendaftaran tersebut dan dengan tambahan menggunakan Xampp, Mysql untuk databasenya, dan Framework Laravel. Dengan adanya sistem ini semoga bisa membantu para jamaah yang ingin mendaftar di Arisalah dengan lebih mudah dan nyaman, tanpa perlu lagi datang ketempat atau cabang - cabangnya langsung.

Abstract

Pengolahan biji-biji plastik sebagai bahan dasar utama produk-produk plastic dengan keanekaragaman jenis dan ukuran yang saat ini banyak digunakan dalam kehidupan masyarakat sebagai media penyimpanan atau wadah ini tentunyamenjadi fokus utama sebagai bahan dasar utama produk plastik yang dijalankan oleh PT. Alsabi Makmuk Plasindo. Dalamproses produksi maupun pengolahan transaksi produk-produk plastic yang di produksi oleh PT. Alsabi ini masih SemiKomputerisasi yaitu menggunakan Ms.Excel sebagai media pengolahan data untuk proses transaksi penjualan danpersediaan produk-produk plasktik, karena pengolahan data transaksi yang masih menggunakan Ms.Excel maka terdapatbeberapa kendala antara bagian penjualan dan persediaan barang karena belum terintegrasinya jumlah persediaan barangdengan jumlah barang yang akan di jual. Selain itu penyajian laporan yang kurang akurat juga menjadi bagian kendala daritransaksi penjualan dan persediaan barang dari PT.Alsabi ini menyebabkan membutuhkan waktu kerja yang lama untukmengintegrasikan data persediaan barang dengan penjualan barang. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada transaksipenjualan dan perssedian produk pada PT. Alsabi maka penulis dalam penelitian skripsi ini membuat sebuah SistemInformasi berbasis desktop yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Ms. Visual FoxPro 9 dengan sistem databaseberekstensi *.DBF, dan metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah system development life cycle (SDLC) dan jugametode Analisa yang digunakan adalahCritical Success Factor (CFS) dan hasil dari penelitian ini program sistem informasisudah selesai 100% dengan menyesuaikan faktor penentu kesuksesan penjualan dari PT. Alsabi Makmur Plasindo sehinggamemudahkan perusahaan dalam proses penjualan dan menentukan persediaan barang berdasarkan penggunaan waktu datadapat diintegrasikan dengan cepat dan baik.

Abstract

Manusia memiliki tiga kebutuhan utama, satu diantaranya adalah memiliki tempat tinggal karenamenjadi kebutuhan pokok untuk menunjang kebutuhan dan kegiatan lainnya . Setiap generasi bertambahmereka akan melakukan pencarian tempat tinggal baru hal ini terjadi hampir setiap hari utamanya merekayang telah membentuk keluarga baru walaupun tidak menutup kemungkinan yang lajang punmelakukannya. Dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan tempat tinggal maka secara langsungjuga menambah aktivitas jual beli dan penyewaan tempat tinggal di seluruh dunia khususnya Indonesia.PT. Mekar Baru Properti Indonesia yang beralamat di Jl Gunung Indah VII no.36 Cirendeu, CiputatTimur, Tangerang Selatan sebagai perusahaan pengelolaan suatu rumah dengan ukuran besar yangdibangun kembali untuk dijual dengan konsep one gate system cluster yaitu perumahan residensial yangmemiliki satu gerbang utama untuk keluar dan masuk penghuni. Menyadari bahwa supply and demand akan perumahan terus bertambah dan begitu pesat, juga guna melakukan efektivitas lahan untuk dihunibanyak kepala keluarga sekaligus. Di beberapa aktivitas pembangunan yang dilakukan, ditemukan celahbahwa sebelum pemilik properti bertemu pengelola seperti PT. Mekar Baru Properti Indonesia merekamenemui kesulitan dalam menjual properti karena dengan ukuran yang ada secara otomatis harga yangberlaku akan sangat tinggi. Dicelah tersebut penulis berinisiatif untuk mempertemukan antara parapemilik properti yang kesulitan menjual propertinya dan calon pengelola rumah melalui sebuah platformonline menggunakan metode PIECES dalam penelitiandan Extreme Programing dalam perancangansistem berbasis Laravel Framework. Sehingga diharapkan dapat menggantikan sistem yang berjalanuntuk menunjang proses bisnis yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

A computer laboratory with appropriate instruments is a crucial entity at the SMA and SMK levels because the laboratory is a facility and infrastructure that can provide tools thatare difficult to present in the classroom. So is the case with SMKN 2 Tangerang Regency. But in fact, the conventional computer laboratory asset management and the absence of a system to record room loan histories pose an obstacle for schools to obtain fast and detailed data. This research is intended to produce a web-based asset management application system model that can overcome the problems encountered. This study uses observation, interviews, and literature studies to collect relevant data for further analysis using the PIECES method for the system design and development process. The system is designed with UML and Laravel framework. Extreme Programming is used as an approach to develop the system. The conclusion of this study resulted in a web-based asset management application system that can quickly and detailedly present asset data and computer laboratory room loan history and the use of Laravel provides convenience in building and developing future applications for developers.
