Abstract

Reservation Meeting Room System is a system that is used to reserve meeting rooms in real time in all offices of PT. Visionet Data Internasional, so that this system is easy for employees to use, there is no duplication of reservations for meeting rooms between employees, and can be used through employees' mobile devices. PT Visionet Data Internasional is a company engaged in the field of IT Consultants consisting of many departments that focus on the development and maintenance of software and hardware, with many departments using meeting rooms very intensely, obtained information systems used to book meeting rooms are inaccurate, not real time, complicated, and frequent duplication of orders. Therefore the system that will be created by the author is a renovation and update of the previous system that already exists at PT. Visionet Data Internasional. It is expected that with this system, it can minimize errors that occur in the previous system. This system is also expected to make it easier for all employees to book a meeting room at PT Visionet Data Internasional.

Abstract

The decision support system is very influential on the company's strategy in deciding a recommendation program that can overcome sales competition that changes according to trends every time and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a drastic decline in sales and consumer attractiveness in the period January - March 2020, this is a a warning and a threat to the company that sales competition is getting bigger. PT. MSD is a distributor of kitchen utensils and middle-up fashion products from various well-known brands such as Jansport, Butterfly Twist, Thermos, Serena, Bodum, Arcoroc Luminarc and so on. Sales competition factors and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak faced by PT. MSD triggers the company to prepare a new sales program with a product bundling strategy as an innovative promotion. The application of the K-Means and Apriori methods to the product bundling strategy was obtained from the results of Market Basket Analysis and sales data of PT. MSD to produce selected product recommendations that are clustered systematically and measurably so that PT. MSD can increase sales and consumer attractiveness with a choice of recommended products that consumers need.

Abstract

Futsal adalah sebuah olahraga permainan bola yang dimana 1 (satu) team yang beranggotakan 5 (lima) orang. KAO futsal merupakan tempat sarana olahraga yang berada dikota Tangerang yang menyediakan tempat penyewaan permainan olahraga futsal. Sistem yangberjalan saat ini masih konvensional yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan di buku besar. Gunamempermudah proses pemesanan penggunaan lapangan futsal maka dibuat penelitian untukmembuat Sistem Informasi Booking Futsal pada KAO futsal dengan menggunakan metodepengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Metodeanalisis sistemnya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Rancangan program ini dibuat menggunakanUML yang berisikan use case diagram, activity diagram dan sequence diagram sebagai alatdesign, dengan menggunakan Bahasa program PHP (hypertext preprocessor) berbasisframework Codeigniter dan MySQL sebagai database dengan menggunakan Metode Agilesebagai metode pengembangan sistem (SDLC). Metode untuk pengujian yang digunakanblackbox testing. Sistem informasi penyewaan lapangan futsal ini diharapkan dapatmempermudah customer dan pengelola lapangan futsal dalam proses pengelolaan jadwalpemakaian lapangan futsal.

Abstract

Pelajar yang berprestasi secara akademik atau kurang mampu finansial dapat menerima beasiswa. Agar beasiswa tidak salah dan tepat sasaran, proses yang mencakup beberapa tahapan penting diperlukan untuk memilih penerima beasiswa dengan ketelitian dan ketepatan. Saat ini, ada masalah dengan proses pemilihan penerimaan beasiswa untuk siswa/siswi di SMA Negri 11 Kabupaten Tangerang. Proses ini dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sistem saat ini tidak dapat menghasilkan hasil yang sesuai dengan tujuan program. Ini karena pada tahap seleksi, tidak ada bobot yang diperlukan untuk menilai calon penerima, sehingga hasil yang dihasilkan tidak memenuhi kriteria. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Calon Penerima Beasiswa Menggunakan Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk pemilihan kriteria dan hasil Pada SMA Negeri 11 Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process ini memiliki kelebihan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan karena membandingkan secara berpasangan setiap kriteria yang terlibat dalam suatu masalah untuk menentukan seberapa penting setiap kriteria. Diharapkan dengan kehadiran Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Calon Penerima Beasiswa ini, proses pemilihan beasiswa akan menjadi lebih efisien, lebih cepat, lebih akurat, dan lebih efisien. Selain itu, sistem yang diusulkan akan menjadi lebih mudah bagi sekolah untuk menentukan siswa yang layak dari segi prestasi dan keuangan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.
