English language proficiency is one of the key competencies that should be introduced from an early age to help prepare the younger generation to face global challenges. However, elementary school students’ interest and motivation to learn English are often low when the learning process is monotonous. Therefore, this mosque-based Community Service Program (KKN) aims to establish a “Language Village” by implementing fun learning methods for English among elementary school children at Al-Hidayah Mosque, Royal Residence 2 Housing Complex, Bumi Ayu Village, Bengkulu City. This initiative is carried out using a participatory approach that places children at the center of the learning process. The methods used included the introduction of basic vocabulary, educational games, English songs, icebreakers, interactive quizzes, and simple conversation practice designed to suit the characteristics of elementary school students. Data was collected through observation, documentation, and evaluation of student participation levels during the activities. The results of the activity indicate that the implementation of the fun learning method effectively enhances children’s enthusiasm, engagement, and self-confidence in learning English. Participants find it easier to grasp vocabulary and simple expressions because the material is delivered through enjoyable and interactive activities. Additionally, this program has a positive impact on the community by fostering a culture of learning English within the mosque environment as a center for non-formal educational activities. Thus, the mosque-based Kampung Bahasa program using the fun learning approach can serve as an effective alternative learning strategy to boost elementary school children’s interest in learning English while supporting human resource development at the community level
