<![CDATA[Santri at TPQ Ar-Rahman, Ngadirojo, Ponorogo, showed low interest in learning the Qur'an because the conventional teaching method relied mainly on lectures and rote memorization, offering little visual support. Using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the community-service team, together with TPQ teachers and administrators, identified that today's learning-media landscape is increasingly shaped by AI-assisted design tools and by santri who are more accustomed to audio-visual, hands-on media than to lecture-based delivery. This finding guided the choice of hijaiyah letter posters, prayer and ablution guide posters, and multilingual educational toys as the media most feasible for TPQ Ar-Rahman's circumstances, affordable to produce and maintain, durable for repeated use across cohorts, and still responsive to today's children's audio-visual, interactive learning style, unlike screen- or internet-dependent alternatives the TPQ could not reliably sustain. The program involved 39 santri, who were introduced to the media through demonstration, guided reading, and question-and-answer sessions. Qualitative observation during the activity indicated increased santri enthusiasm, attention, and ease in recognizing letters and practicing worship, although these changes were not measured with standardized pre- and post-test instruments. This innovation is offered as a contextually grounded alternative for other Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an facing similar resource constraints, with a recommendation that future programs pair it with structured evaluation instruments.]]>
