<![CDATA[Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays an important role in supporting organizational effectiveness because employees who demonstrate voluntary and constructive behaviors can contribute beyond their formal job responsibilities. However, the development of OCB is closely related to the leadership style applied within an organization. Transformational leadership is considered capable of encouraging employees to develop positive work attitudes, strengthen commitment, and voluntarily contribute to organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employees’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Hack Claro Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study involved 90 respondents selected through a simple random sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were processed using SPSS version 27 and analyzed through simple linear regression to determine the effect of transformational leadership on OCB. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Hack Claro Indonesia. These findings suggest that stronger transformational leadership can encourage employees to demonstrate greater voluntary, supportive, and organizationally oriented behaviors beyond their formal duties. Therefore, strengthening transformational leadership practices can be an important managerial strategy for improving OCB and supporting organizational effectiveness.]]>
