<![CDATA[Weak micro-data governance at the sub-district level often hampers targeted economic policies and rural development programs. This community service project aims to enhance statistical data literacy and prepare local stakeholders for the upcoming Economic Census through a Quadruple Helix collaborative model in Sawah Luhur Village, Kasemen District, Serang City. The initiative involved 17 key community representatives, including neighborhood heads (RW/RT), village officials, and local empowerment agency leaders. The methodology adopted a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach combined with capacity-building workshops covering sectoral statistics, micro-data management, and data confidentiality laws. Empirical evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments demonstrated a substantial increase in statistical literacy, with mean scores rising from 52.35 to 83.18, representing an average score improvement of 30.82 points. The calculated Normalized Gain (N-Gain) score reached 65.38%, categorizing the intervention as moderately effective to highly effective. Inferential analysis confirmed a statistically significant improvement in participant knowledge (t = 43.5158, p < 0.001). The program successfully fostered local statistical agents and established a foundational baseline for institutionalizing the “Desa Cinta Statistik” (Desa Cantik) framework in Sawah Luhur Village.]]>
