This study aims to develop a business process digitalization model that can assist Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in gradually improving operational efficiency according to their level of organizational readiness. The study employs a Design Science Research (DSR) approach involving problem identification, literature review, business process mapping, formulation of model dimensions, development of implementation stages, and conceptual validation by experts. The findings indicate that MSME digitalization should be viewed as a business process transformation rather than merely the adoption of digital applications. The proposed model consists of five key dimensions: organizational readiness, process standardization, digitalization priorities, data integration, and performance measurement. The implementation framework is structured into four levels, ranging from administrative digitalization and transaction integration to operational control integration and data-driven decision-making. The model can serve as both a diagnostic tool and a digitalization roadmap that takes into account the resource constraints commonly faced by MSMEs. Further research is required to empirically test the model across MSMEs in various sectors and to assess its impact on processing time, costs, productivity, quality, and decision-making accuracy.
