Abstract

The purpose of the introduction of Japanese language and cultural recognition for teachers and students of SMA Xaverius Bukittinggi is that students understand from the beginning that to be able to master and communicate using Japanese language well is not enough to master only four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) Should be able to understand Japanese culture. If you can use Japanese and understand Japanese culture well, then communication misconceptions with Japanese people can be minimized. Therefore, learning Japanese language academically also requires the process of learning Japanese culture.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndustri konstruksi termasuk industri dengan jumlah pekerja yang besar. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 industri konstruksi ikut terkena dampaknya dengan dihentikan dan ditundanya berbagai proyek pembangunan seperti jembatan, gedung dan sebagainya. Saat ini industri konstruksi kembali menggeliat dengan dimulainya berbagai proyek pembagunan. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi tidak terlepas dari berbagai kendala yang dapat mempengaruhi produkvitas pekerjaan konstruksi baik dari segi waktu pelaksanaan dan kualitas pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas proyek konstruksi di Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah Relative Importance Index (RII) dan Analisis Regresi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi sebanyak 10 faktor dengan 45 variabel yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja proyek konstruksi di kota Padang. Hasil RII menunjukkan 9 variabel sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja proyek konstruksi dengan nilai RII berkisar antara 84,2%-89.6%. Hasil penelitian juga memperlilhatkan 4 faktor yang paling mempengaruhi produkvitas kerja yaitu manajemen, motivasi, tenaga kerja dan teknis dengan nilai RII berkisar antara 80.3%-84.9%. Hasil model regresi memperlihatkan bahwa faktor eksternal merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja dengan koefisien sebesar 1,235.  Faktor  dominan lainnya adalah faktor teknis, faktor lingkungan dan kondisi kerja, faktor material dan peralatan serta faktor motivasi. Kata kunci: Faktor Produktivitas, Proyek Konstruksi, Relative Importance Index, Metode Regresi  ABSTRACTThe construction industry is an industry with a large number of workers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the construction industry was affected by the postponing of various construction projects such as bridges, buildings and so on. Currently, the construction industry is back on track with the start of various construction projects. The implementation of construction work is inseparable from various obstacles that can affect construction project productivity work in terms of completion time and work quality. The purpose of this research was to analyze factors affecting construction project productivity at Padang city. The method used was Relative Importance Index (RII) and Regression Analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the parties involved in the construction project. The results identified 10 factors and 45 variables that affecting construction projects productivity. The RII results show 9 variables that highly affect construction projects productivity with RII between 84.2% -89.6%. The results also show 4 factors that most affect construction project productivity, there  were management, motivation, labor and technique with RII between 80.3%-84.9%. Regression model shows that external factor was the most dominant factors influencing work productivity along with technical factors, environmental and working conditions factors, material and equipment factors and motivational factors. Keywords: Produvtivity factors, construction project, Relative Importance Index, Regression Method

Abstract

This research is intended to see how far efforts to prevent the risk of work accidents and work-related diseases can be minimized by carrying out other constructive efforts, the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health will not run well if the involvement of all parties is not optimal according to their roles and functions. Besides that, this research is also aimed at knowing the Occupational Health and Safety management system, the dangers of work accidents and the factors that cause work accidents that occur in companies. The method used is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) approach involving employees based on the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that in the HIRA method, there are 3 types of production activities that have a high enough risk rating number (RRN). The main cause of work accidents with the FTA method is the potential for work accidents to occur, namely the finger caught in the mold head and pain in the back. For the SWOT matrix, the methods used by the company to achieve good growth include involving employees through efforts to create an Occupational Safety and Health team to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health program, create an administrative system that aims to manage the Safety management system and Occupational Health, as well as socialization regarding Occupational Safety and Health. By empowering employees in Occupational Health and Safety management, it is hoped that zero incidents will be achieved later.

Abstract

Industri UMKM memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Proses produksi pada industri UMKM ini merupakan hal yang penting dikarenakan pada proses ini terjadi perubahan dari material bahan baku menjadi produk jadi. Proses produksi pada bagian pengukuran di industri UMKM ini dilakukan bukan di meja melainkan dilakukan dilantai, hal ini sangat berbahaya jika dilakukan secara terus – menerus. Diperlukan alat bantu untuk membatu proses tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprioritaskan alternatif material yang akan digunakan dalam membuat alat bantu kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk proses pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan prioritas pertama pemilihan material alat bantu pembuatan meja ini yaitu dengan menggunakan besi hollow dengan nilai bobot 0.449. alternatif material ke dua yaitu kayu degan nilai bobot sebesar 0.284 dan prioritas terakhir adalah aluminium dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0.267. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa material hollow merupakan material terpilih yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan alat bantu kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to design a workplace improvement plan for Sampling Point operators at a CPO Processing Factory (PT.X) located in West Sumatra Province. This research started from the first stage by identifying all Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) complaints in operators using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method, then the second stage was carried out by assessing work posture using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. This research found a condition that has the potential for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Interviews were conducted with several operators, it can be concluded that almost every time they finish their work, they experience symptoms of muscle disorders. This is of course suspected because the operator's work attitude is contrary to ergonomic principles. The final results of the assessment using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method conclude the following: Operators work in an attitude with a high level of risk category 3 which demands immediate corrective action and has an impact on musculoskeletal disorders. Then from the aspect of assessing the current work posture it is clear that the risk of musculoskeletal disorders is very high and requires immediate changes
